ABOUT US

 

                                                            AIMS & OBJECTS OF OUR ACADEMY:

1.        The main object of the Trust is to conduct various Sports activity   

relating to Silambam in Salem District.

 

2.        To run workshop, programme, seminars etc., for Silambam in

Salem District.

 

3.        To conduct Silambam Camps and meetings for the development of the

     Sport in Salem District. 

 

4.        To constitute scholarship to poor and deserving students to enable them to continue their practice and participation in selection trails,

championships and open tournaments.

 

5.        To develop this game Silambam in all the school and colleges in and

     around Salem District.

 

6.        To give affiliation to each of the club for promotion of game in                   respective clubs

 

7.        To train students in the Salem District to get selected in the

State Team and in National Team.

 

8.        To foresee the opportunity of the people living in Salem District

for job opportunity in the game Silambam.

 

9.        To constitute prizes for outstanding achievements of students in

Silambam Championships conducted by the State and National Body.

 

10.        The monies disbursed for the purposes of education in pursuance of

     the above objects will be confined to Indian shores.
